14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MastersCash.com, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, damage, expense, or legal fees arising from your use of the website, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

MastersCash.com reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or delete accounts, and to refuse service, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason whatsoever.

16. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a notice containing:

  • Identification of copyrighted work
  • Identification of allegedly infringing content
  • Contact information
  • Statement made under penalty of perjury

MastersCash.com reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from use of MastersCash.com shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in North Carolina. Users waive any right to a jury trial, class action lawsuit, or class arbitration. All claims must be brought individually.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and MastersCash.com.
