Reporting a user or content
How to report abuse, scams or rule-breaking, and what happens next.
- Go to Support › Abuse / Report a user.
- Enter their exact username and describe what happened. Links to the post, photo or message help a lot.
- Submit. You'll get an emailed ticket link; staff review reports usually within 24 hours.
In the chatroom, moderators can mute, kick or ban on the spot — mention a mod with @ if something is happening live. You can also ignore a user immediately from their name.
Never send money to anyone claiming to be staff. Admins will never ask for your password.
