Workout regimen

Greetings all

Lately I've gotten back into the groove of working out more than on the weekends. I had maintained doing basics like push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups but wasn't getting the gains I wanted. I also had a slave who was good at what it did but was a fat ass. I want my product to have the best shelf life so I made that fat bitch come to the gym with me. It's apparent I am who I am and have no problem letting anyone know that. The property was apprehensive of going to a gym dominated by Blacks but it was fun seeing him sweat and stare at the different shapes and sizes of brothers walking around. What it didn't know was a few of my frat brothers also work out at this gym. It started with teasing the fag while we lifted on the bench. Yesterday saw the fag on its knees in the shower being pissed on by one of my brothers and having his skull fucked by another. The dynamic was interesting to see but more interesting that the fag paid the all of us for the pleasure. I can laugh because as I'm writing this I just ignored a FaceTime request from the queer most likely begging to go back with me.
